Hey, I have started a room on an irc network for those of us who know someone or who ourselves have bipolar disorder. the address for the network is irc.virtual-dope.com +6697 note the plus sign in front of the port due to the fact that i may make the room an ssl only room to stim some issues from people who connect internationally, we are not that well known of a network but if you are wanting an ssl connection mirc with speech has it built in or just connect on port 6667 with whatever you use, and i will send you the file you need to obtain an ssl conection
I certainly hope you will come join me on starting a path to healing for those of us finding troubles in finding support.

I forgot to give the channel command and name and such, for those using mirc, just simply input the following line once connected to the network /j #bipolar_chat
any one else, the channel name is #bipolar_chat
hope to see you there if anyone has any questions on how to connect and such, send me a private message on here or an email via my profile page.

OK, please forgive the dense question, but what is UPOC? I know about IRC, but not this other.
